Weekly Feature(s):

  • NPR Time Kill of the Week: Frog in a Can. In Thailand, a woman is convinced that frog in a can is the next big thing. Yupa Sangnet was tired of wildly fluctuating prices for fresh frog, which is eaten locally by Thais and shipped abroad for the Chinese market. So she decided to do something about it.

Thursday, February 16: Bar Revu @ Coyote Ugly Saloon

THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 2006

7:30PM - ???

Coyote Ugly Saloon

316 W. Erie St.

(between N. Orleans and N. Franklin streets. )

312-642-2400

Coyote Ugly Saloon is the bar made famous by the movie. If you saw the movie, you know what to expect. If you didn't see the movie, it's a bar where female bartenders dance on the bar among other things.

OK, it's cheesy, but it's a change of pace and it could be good for some laughs. It's winter and things can get warmer. Just a tip, don't ask for water.

See you there!
