All I can say about TBOX 10 is HOLY COW!!! And thanks His Festa-ness for yet another great time! I finally uploaded my 100 pictures to the web and they can be found by clicking on the links above. This weekend is more sedate with a bunch of bar parties and of course various work holiday parties as well as freinds' holiday house parties. Here's what's on the ready line this week:

Weekly Ten Buck Wipeout at the Union Tavern

Every Thursday in December 8 big name Chicago bands (and we mean BIG NAMEBANDS) will be competing for a trip to go to Sister Hazels Rock Boat which is the largest out to sea music festival featuring 30 of today's top musical artists. The bands will not only get to go on the cruise, but they will be able to jam as well. Please come out and support your favorite band(s), as 25% of their judging depends on audience approval. There will be 6 judges including some of your favorite radio personalities and celebrities like Chris Payne from Q101, plus more! Plus you yourself can win a trip to the rockboat. Raffle tickets for $10 each will be available for purchase each week, only 150 tickets will be sold and we are offering 10 prizes.

 

Thursday, December 15: Thursday Night Club @ Hopleaf Bar

Ok, so who's loving the snow? Come on now, it's been awhile since you've seen all of the white stuff around here. Commuters, buckle up and be careful out there. We feel your pain.

TNC swings back into action on December 15. So, hop on the train, hop in your car, hop on your snowmobile and hop on up to TNC at Hopleaf. It's TNC's first trip to Andersonville in a long, long time. Don't get left out in the snow.

TNC for Thursday, will be held at Hopleaf. NOTE: This is BI-WEEKLY (meaning every other Thursday).

What? TNC = Thursday Night Club. It's a group gathering at a different bar/pub/lounge every two weeks to have some fun and have a few drinks as well.
